Charitable Outreach – April 2026
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Santhome Conference, carried out a meaningful act of service on 03.04.2026 by extending support to 20 beneficiaries. During the season of Lent, groceries and clothes generously received from our parish were distributed to those in need. This initiative reflects our continued commitment to serving the underprivileged with compassion and dignity.

Christmas Activity - December 2025
During the month of December 2025, the St. Thomas Conference actively engaged in a wide range of charitable, spiritual, and social outreach initiatives. Inspired by the true spirit of Christmas, the Conference focused on extending love, care, and support to needy families, parish workers, children, and marginalized communities, both within and beyond the parish. Eye Camp - Periyapalayam
St. Thomas Conference, Santhome distributed 54 pairs of spectacles to the needy who were identified at the eye camp held on 14.09.25 at Periyanayagi Madha Church, Periyapalayam.

Jeevodaya Hospice Visit
We visited the Jeevodaya Hospice for Cancer Patients on 1st February 2025 in Manali Mathur, where we donated disinfectants, hygiene materials, and other supplies worth ₹8,226/-, along with old clothes to be used for dressing wounds.
Christmas Celebration
Christmas was celebrated with the sponsored families, providing them with new clothes, cake, biryani, new mats, groceries, and ₹300/- each. A total of ₹1,15,739/- was spent on the Christmas program.

Lenten Pilgrimage
During the Holy Lenten season, members of our Vincent de Paul Society visited St. Thomas Mount, Chinnamalai, and Abiramapuram parishes, where they meditated on the Stations of the Cross.
